Working as Technical Director for this project involved:

• Managing the audio and video teams, overseeing their work and guaranteeing a quality result that met the client’s requirements
• Running a QLab machine for video playback
• Running the house PA system, and providing clean feeds to the audio team
• Patching audio and video signals throughout the building
• Programming and operating lighting for the event
• Overseeing all post-production, including managing multiple editors and numerous stakeholders
• Curating close captions, thumbnails, credits, and other required materials

amongst various miscellaneous tasks.
